Date: 6th March 2017
Location: Academia Sinica, Taipei, Taiwan
This ISGC 2017 workshop focuses on advances in environmental computing (using advanced environmental modelling techniques to analyse data sources with a goal of producing actionable knowledge).
The workshop builds on the foundations of the series of events (including the 2016 ISGC workshop) that was kicked off by the Environmental Computing Focus day during the IEEE eScience 2015 conference (the presentations are linked on the Tuesday sessions of the conference agenda). Please consult the events page on this site for the complete list.
The agenda is available on the conference website.

The submitted papers can be case studies or present new approaches to environmental computing systems, including (but not limited to) multi-model and multi-data frameworks (including metadata approaches), scalability of the systems, socio-economic impact of environmental computing, data and model semantics and visualisation.
The abstracts of less than 500 words should be submitted through easychair by 25th January 2017
